Our Chef Mario’s food is adding value to this young welcoming space. The choice of culinary specialties goes from the typically Roman tradition to mixed salads and yummy stuffed bread-rolls.

Roma Scout Center tries to combine hospitality and ethics in the kitchen too. La Cambusa opts for Km 0 ingredients counting on products from the Roman and regional countryside, avoiding as much as possible products which are subjected to long distance transportation.

The only exception made is with Fair Trade products, in order to support the economies of developing countries.
