Following further checks carried out based on information subsequently made available by the booking system provider, Roma Scout Center has been able to more precisely define the personal data involved in the IT security incident that occurred on May 11, 2026.The incident involved personal identification and contact data and, in some cases, information contained in identity documents, processed in connection with the booking service. The checks carried out did not reveal any involvement of accounting or financial data.

Roma Scout Center has notified the incident to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) and has adopted the measures required by law. Data subjects whose contact details could be identified have been informed directly.
